[modem/router] Need settings for Actiontec GT704WG

I reset my GT704WG, back to factory defaults. I can't get it working on my DSL service again. Verizon DSL settings worked before, but my service is not from Verizon, so Verizon will not give me customer support. My ISP will not help me with this unit, because I did not buy it from them, they claim to know nothing about it. Someone using one of these with Verizon DSL service please, please, please tell me all of the settings. Thanks.
