| [HSI] This has to be a joke
Corporate calls me yesterday to tell me they're sending out a line tech today, to check the lines in my area. I chose a window from 3 PM to 5 PM.
It was nearly 5 PM when I called Charter only to find out that there was nothing scheduled for my account. I'm really disappointed with Charter's corporate office. I've left a message to the man who contacted my complaints, and I had faith in this guy to get things fixed.
So I'm stuck with another weekend of horrible internet connection that doesn't work properly. |

| Here the line techs do actually speak with customers.
However, they do tend to be a little one tracked. The line tech MAY have found an issue(there are often multiple) and may be working on the issue. He may also have found a simple fix and just went home, so I would check to see if your problem still exists. He MAY also have been pulled off to work on some other issue (it happens all the time).
Any way you look at it, you should have been contacted. |

1 edit | Well my connection is as horrible as it was yesterday. I'm getting tired of this, I've been trying to download a file I need for 3 weeks now, I can't do jack with the connection timing out every 10 minutes.
I don't even bother working on my websites, one disconnect and my databases go fubar. |
