It took me a little while to run an ethernet connection down to the Slingbox, so I could turn off the NIM-100 and verify I was still slinging video.<br><br>I'm not sure how to report insertion loss value.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1267869"><b>More Fiber</b></A> : A couple of questions came up in another forum regarding the pass-through capability of the NIM-100 that I have not been able to find the answer to.<br><br>1)  When using the RF pass-through connection (RF-IN to RF-OUT) on the NIM-100, what is the insertion loss?<br><small>And yes, I know the insertion loss for MOCA signals is 100% :) </small><br><br>2)  If the NIM-100 were to lose power, is the pass-through connection affected?<br><br> ]]></description>
