| That would have been easier to read with copy/paste of text than with a blurry image.
The speeds, both upstream and downstream, look a bit low, though I don't know what your ISP normally offers. The upstream transmit power looks a bit on the high side, suggesting line problems.
I suggest you check your filters. There should be a filter for every phone or similar device on the line. However, the line to the modem should be direct (unfiltered). -- AT&T dsl; Speedstream 5100b modem; Zyxel NBG334W router; openSuSE 11.0; firefox 3.0.11 |

| That's much easier to read.
Except for the low speed, the stats actually look okay. The upstream transmit power doesn't looks so bad now that I can actually read it.
Under diagnostics there should also be a "logs" tab. The logs might give additional information on connections and reconnections. -- AT&T dsl; Speedstream 5100b modem; Zyxel NBG334W router; openSuSE 11.0; firefox 3.0.11 |

| There is nothing in the log that would indicate problems. You might want to try a line quality test »/linequality to see if that hints at any problems.
On the logs:. The DNS log entries just indicate lookup failure, probably because many of those lookups were for bogus names. For example, the "wpad" lookups are part of windows automatic proxy detection. It is expected that the lookup will fail unless automatic proxies have been setup at your site.
The CWMP entries seem to be "CPE WAN Management Protocol", presumably your ISP connecting to examine modem statistics perhaps in response to a customer call. I never see those in my modem, because I am on AT&T using a Verizon modem purchased on ebay.
I am guessing that you might have line problems (usually due to problems in the house wiring), which is why I suggest you try the line quality test.
When you check the logs, there is usually a place to select between "system logs" and "connection logs". You might check the system logs. Those would show loss of DSL sync and resync attempts, if any. -- AT&T dsl; Speedstream 5100b modem; Zyxel NBG334W router; openSuSE 11.0; firefox 3.0.11 |

| Okay. The test looks good.
I am not seeing any obvious problems.
If there is a failure in the future, try checking the modem logs to see if they indicate anything at that time. -- AT&T dsl; Speedstream 5100b modem; Zyxel NBG334W router; openSuSE 11.0; firefox 3.0.11 |

| reply to downlinx said by downlinx :Software Version: VER:4.04.03.00 Model Name: D90-327W15-06 I have the same 327w modem and the 4.04.03.00 software always broke my connection every 20-30 minutes, something about the gateway shutting down. I downgraded to VER:03.02.01 and have no problems.
Verizon upgrades the modem back to VER:4 every couple of months, but I just downgrade again (takes a couple of minutes).
