I have rebooted the router and modem several times.

| I actually went and exchanged my modem. When I was there, I asked about the Seabeck area and they said there was a noise issue that they fixed on Friday. I told them I was still having issues (Saturday morning).
When I installed the new modem everything went back to normal. I guess I could have just waited it out and it would've fixed itself...... |
