Crap connection starting this morning and continues.....

Massive packet loss on the first hop here in Bremerton. Anyone else experiencing garbage service today? VOIP is unusable.

Hi guys. Pings to the modem come up clean (2ms) with no loss.

I have rebooted the router and modem several times.

My modem signals are ok:

S/N Ratio 36.0dB
Power Level -7
Upstream Power 48.5dBmV

If it makes you feel any better I have the same problems in Seabeck. Low speeds, lots of loss and VOIP stinks. Started yesterday.

My cable modem rebooted itself about 30 minutes go and now everything is back, speeds, latency, etc. Happy camper again.

I actually went and exchanged my modem. When I was there, I asked about the Seabeck area and they said there was a noise issue that they fixed on Friday. I told them I was still having issues (Saturday morning).

When I installed the new modem everything went back to normal. I guess I could have just waited it out and it would've fixed itself......
