| [Future9] No support, phone number was released during porting
Based on positive feedback on this forum, recently I ported my number to future9. Two days ago, I got an email from f9, and was told my port has been scheduled for 7/24. Yesterday (7/17), I got an INSUFFICIENT FUNDS ALERT from f9, "We regret to have to inform you that you do not have enough credit to pay for DID number". I thought my number would be ported on 7/24. why f9 wants to charge monthly fee now. I sent an email yesterday, and told him I will add money after I was back home. no response. I added $30 last night through google checkout. Surprisely I got an email this morning and told me my number was released. forwarded the payment receipt to support, no response. It was so disappointed since many people mentioned here how quick nitzan will response requests. What should I do now? I am losing my number. |

You are not and will not lose your number. Please don't worry about it - it is not possible to lose your number during the porting process as we will never let that happen.
I'll take care of the billing issue today, your number has NOT been released and it's just a billing error. |

| reply to invitro invitro ... First off, congratulations on your two year anniversary with the BBR Forums.
I was impressed with your post ... because, rather than jump in ranting and screaming, you used the word "disappointed" while presenting your problem. Hmmm! Maybe a few others should take notice. ....Lo & behold, our hero Nitzan once again came to the rescue. |

| Perhaps it was the it got lost on the intertubes reason, or got stuck in someones spam filter.
Nizan - Seriously since you know a little about open source, dig a little deeper. There are free live chat programs you can install and free php support ticketing programs you can install. -- KieranMullen »360oregon.com

said by kieranmullen : HI THERE BILLY MAYS HERE! A moment of silence in view of the recent passing of this annoying yet well-meaning huckster. (Read the news accounts of his experiencing head trauma during a commercial airliner's final approach to landing at a Florida airport that encountered severe turbulence. Mr. Mays was found lifeless the following day.)
And I was just getting ready to purchase the "Automatic Volume Reducer" for my TV for when those high decibel commercials come on during the late night movies. |
