[FireFox] Strange issues after browser crash

Hi,
I haven,t updated to 3.5.1 yet,and still on 3.0.11
My problem which is becoming extremely annoying,is this...
when I experience a crash (usually twice per month) upon re-starting FFx,the page opens to NoScript and Download Helper.I get out of these and find that All my options in NoScript,DownloadHelper,AND FFX have to be reset to how I had originally had them set. This is becoming a real PITA.
Has anyone experienced this, and know what/why this is occurring.(not the crashes, but why I have to reset my settings continuosly)
NoScript and Downloadhelper are my only extensions.
System, WinXP Home,SP2

I would imagine that when your noscript is updating, something is happening to your user preference files that are making you crash. When you restart, it is reverting to defaults. Have you got any corrupt file pop ups?

Hi,
This happened as recently as 2-3 hours ago,and I haven,t seen any notification that either had been updated.
Yes,when I restart, all my options in both extension revert back to default, plus options in FFx,PLUS changes I have made in my About:Config
This has occured now about 5-6 times...not nice.

I would say to back up all your bookmarks, themes and whatever else and uninstall/ re-install FF. But wait a few to see if anyone else can help you with.
