I found it intriguing that the FBI (or whomever) would even bother dressing up like that.
I mean, I'm sure the Feds to (imagined) bad guy ratio is something in the order of 50:1, so is this willingness to dress up when they're going to bust the dope fiends in thirty seconds
anyway merely a twisted sense of humor at work, or what? Why forego the usual SWAT/ninja outfit to don UPS brown?
