Hi,
I'm on ATT in the San Antonio area with a DSL Pro hookup. It seems to have some latency problems (70-100 ms tracert results to some addresses) so I looked at the modem diagnostics. This is a Moto Bitsurfr 2210 modem and here's the technician readout:

Note how the DNS lookup failed. I cannot seem to find any useful info on this on the internet. Can anyone here tell me if this is a significant problem and how to solve it?
