Hi Brian. I have also saved about 26 html files of the modem showing the high uncanceled echo db's, retrains etc. If you would like I can email you these as well. A tech did come out but he came out much earlier than 11 and said nothing was wrong. He also charged me $112 extra (Charge for Repair Visit When No Trouble is Found in Telco Equipment ), even though I was very clear with the young lady from tech support that the problem happens from 11-3 and the tech would need to be there during that time to troubleshoot the problem. I hope I am able to solve the issue and adjust the bill, because I have been with Qwest for years but I am finding this a very troubling situation.
