I was watching Weatherscan (ch 49) last night and saw a crawl at the bottom of the screen saying that Hallmark Movie Channel will be moving from ch 740 to ch 739 on August 3rd. Is this to make room for another HD channel?

But - if they end up adding Hallmark Channel HD - it would be on 740.

This is an odd case where the HD service was added before the SD service. Hallmark Movies SD will be on VC#239, so the HD move is to 'match' the SD service.
