 Use NETOPIA 3347W

I have used westell dsl and router E90-610030-06 for two years. A friend gave me Netopia 3347W with no CD. Can I replace mine with Netopia? If it is replaceable, what are steps to install Netopia? I have no knowledge at all. A detailed instruction is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

reset to defaults using switch in the back
download quick install guide from netopia
login to 192.168.1.254 if not ent model
fill in values as per qig.
