dslx_gm : Hi R4M0N -

In addition to your monthly service amount there is a $2.88 fee. The total monthly bill would therefore be $57.83.

Verizon imposes an upgrade and downgrade fee on the platform. That fee is currently $50 for both upgrades and downgrades. I would therefore recommend selecting the package that you are looking to move to from the beginning.

Thanks
--
George
General Manager
DSL Extreme
Will work for reviews. ;)

R4M0N : I'm getting ready to order Fiber for my home and trying to decide between Verizon and DSLX (actually the decision is pretty much made, that's why I'm asking this question here :D).

1. The Premium Package (20Mb/5Mb) is listed at $54.95 per month. Are there any other fees/taxes added to that price? If so, how much? I live in Glen Allen VA 23060, if that makes a difference.

I'm trying to get all my figures ready beforehand so I can plan my cable disconnect accordingly.

EDIT: Just remembered something else... Can I change packages later on without incurring any penalties? Say upgrade from Premium to Ultra or downgrade from Premuim to Elite Plus?
