To the two techs on here,
My service was just recently activated, and am currently on a 800Kb/ 300Kb profile (around there). The tech support rep stated that my max should be around 2.5Mb down, based on a distance of 4km.
My service was just ported over from Yak where I've had solid 5Mb/ 800Kb service (with great line stats to boot).
The rep tried to get ahold of a level 2 tech for investigation, but wasn't able to do so, and advised me to call back sometime later today. Could this be something that can be addressed by you guys?
