I mean REALLY!????

Heck even Windstream is using the Qwest wire to do this now and they don't?

In the mid 90's Qwest was so competitive in Omaha with Cox, now they just gave up.

I swear if I hear or see a commercial or billboard for "Fiber Optic Qwest" again I am calling the PSC.

They claim to offer it, and put it in like 1 CO.
