These prices INCLUDE the cost to rent a cable modem. BYOD saves $6/month.
Also, the top residential tier was lowered by $10/month and the speed increased from 8 Mb to 10 Mb. Yes it sucks to live outside of major cities, but at least we get faster speeds for less money now.
