Qwest billing

What more can I say. They where charging me wrong. Called in supposedly fixed. Nope. Called again put me on a great retention price. Bill going to be wrong again. Sorry takes months to put onto new plan. Uh? That is I guess why you sent me to retentions to keep me. But still getting 64 dollar bill on price for life two year contract 12 megs.
I got the interleave removed. Solid line knock on wood as monsoon season but repair has always been fine if needed.
Billing to me is Qwests downfall along with sales.
