I worked for them in NJ for about 14 months about 3 years ago and the "trick" we gave to customers to get to US support was to ask for billing then have them transfer you to T.S. Now I'm told the only thing left in NJ is advanced t.s., account management and "executive" customer service. No secret, I just called the support #. Unless Sandeep and Prahdeep are now using American accents and calling themselves Ed, Jon, Max and Nancy, I've just been lucky.
Come to think of it though, the last time I spoke to them, it was through billing, but I normally go through TS (they do have an annoying IVR that I have to abuse though). |
