|  [Need Info] employment testing exemptions
My husband just applied for a job in TX with AT&T. He got an e-mail for testing which would be held on Thurs, Fri or Sat this week. We live in the East and would be pretty difficult to make this trip....however, he currently works for another major telecommunications company. My question is, does anyone know what HR is looking for to give a test exemption???? He's got 11 years at his current telecommunications job. He'll be faxing the test exemption from today or tomorrow, but I just wanted to get an idea as to what his chances of exemption would be. |
