There's always TekSavvy. Sure they are limited for speed and throttled by Bell. But at least, they have a fair price and good customer service.
Indeed and I would be with them if my phone lines could achieve more than 1.5 Mbits.--I love fish sticks. I love putting fish sticks in my mouth.
