If contractors are just now running cable, Verizon techs will need to come in and splice the ends, the CO has to be wired, and the distribution trunks need to be ran into the neighborhoods.<br><br>It will be ready when it's ready, and based on past communities hooked up, Verizon will make it abundantly clear when it's available.]]></description>
