| Yikes! Before switching to u-verse, I had Suddenlink. Their prices are high(nearly twice what I pay ATT for the same speed), their service quality was sporadic(suddenly, no link), and customer service was terrible. If they were to implement caps... whoa. There is a Suddenlink rep that posts here occasionally, I wonder if he has anything to say?
