Scratch the plasma TV's or any TV's. It will be way easier and cost effective for you if you have a room/rooms with HD Projectors going to the wall. This allows more real-estate in the room itself for other things, and even allows you to setup a bunch of computers facing it so when you have a competition going you can have that projection display showing everyone not playing at the moment whats going on in the match using a spectator PC.
