That downstream power level is within specification but far from ideal which is 0. The SNR is below the minimum acceptable level of 35 but the upstream power level being reported looks good.

I really don't know what to do about it. Last time I had a problem with my cable it took 6 months of calling to get them out here. That was about a year and a half ago and they replaced the line to the house. I had good signals for awhile and then it started slowly going down. I have one 3 way splitter in the box outside, maybe I'll try another splitter. I get upset just thinking about the hassle to get someone out to the house. First you got to get thru that stupid auto trouble shooter with the lady's voice, then when you do get thru you get the run around. I'm getting upset just thinking about it, Thank You for your response.

With the SNR being out of specification that should be enough justification to get a technician to come out.
