... we need to be careful that "fairshare" doesn't become the cheap alternative for keeping up with network upgrades. This I know. In my neck of the woods we are lucky to see 2/3 rd of our rated speed with powerboost.
I know for a fact when uploading videos and such to a website I manage. I am lucky to see 1/3rd the rated speed.
