I type faster on my iPhone than I did on my BB 8700...

And the 8700 had a better keyboard than your Curve. I almost "upgraded" to a Curve. Glad I went with the iPhone instead.

Edit: How's the WiFi on your 8310 treating you? Oh wait... you don't have WiFi? What about 3G? Oh you're stuck on Edge?

In my area I am perfectly happy with EDGE. It gets the job done for what I need it to do. So no. It's not a bummer at all. I almost threw my friends iPhone out of his car window when I tried typing on the thing.
