| [Billing] Who to call/write for billing help?
I've been dealing with a couple of billing issues for over a month now. Over three weeks ago it was escalated to a trouble ticket (or something like that) but no one has called. The ticket is still open so I will wait a little longer but if they don't call or resolve it is there a corporate number/address? I'm absolutely frustrated at this point and it looks like I'll have to use a credit card to pay the disputed charges in the meantime. Otherwise they're threatening to charge late fees or even shut off service. I would think the open ticket would prevent that kind of notice but apparently not. I've been paying what I really owe the last couple of months- just not the disputed charges. If it matters the issues are these: 1. Paying for HD DVR on a standard def t.v. 2. Being charged for 3 DVRs after swapping one out. (have 2) 3. Being charged for tech visit even though it was their idea after screwing up a swap out through the mail. 4. Promised promotional charge going up $6/mo even though it was at the promised amount the first month (according to the recording when I paid by phone) So are there any other contact numbers available? |

You can get help from a Comcast employee, no one else can read your posts. |

@sbcglobal.net | Thank you. I thought that was just for equipment/tech issues. |
