<description><![CDATA[praglen posted : I'm an American living in Thailand. I just bought a condo in a 17-story building. The condo came with a DStv Satellite dish and a SAMART box decoder with a UBC Dstv  decoder card with the 9 digit number. Is this forum confined to U.S. and Canadian cable and satellite systems only? If so, where on the Internet should I go to get help in tracking down DStv - Thailand? When you go to the DStv website, there isn't any Thailand branch.]]></description>
