2 Hours for a $50 adjustment

Took me 1hour and 12 minutes two days ago to simply receive a $50 credit because they had inadvertently unbundled my phone and tv and didn't fix as originally promised.

Get this though - I changed my Internet service via their upgrade system through verizon.com 2 months ago which was not bundled (20/20) to the same speed, but cheaper with a 1 year agreement by $10/month. Simple change right?

Somehow me changing a service that wasn't bundled in the first place, unbundled my other 2 services from each other.

So including my initial call 2 months ago to get re-bundled, it took about 2 hours simply get back money because a service that I never altered was automatically altered for no rhyme or reason.

2 HOURS for a simple fix and $50 adjustment?!?!?!

They are lucky that the service is incredible. Remote DVR, Multi-Room DVR, no caps, tons of clear HD channels, etc will keep me around. But as it is always said around here - the billing service is FiOS' Achilles heel.
