My office building was recently wired for FiOS but when I read of all the horrible and never-ending billing problems, there is no way in hell I'd switch from Optimum.
I believe ALL the bad stories about Verizon FiOS because I have enough problems with customer service for my regular Verizon business phone line.
As for my home, I live in a pretty well-off suburb in the heart of Verizonland but Verizon does NOT even offer FiOS here and shows no interest in doing so. Why do they blanket the TV stations with ads for FiOS when many, many towns and cities cannot even get the service?
