| DSL no signal. Is it my phone jack wiring? I have a 2005 home. I just got at&t dsl / phone service with gateway modem. I am not going to be using my phone so It will solely be the dsl service. When I install everything the modem will just flash a red notifying me that it is not detecting a dsl signal. Could it be my phone jack wiring? The blue and white/blue wiring is hooked up to the red and blue screws. This is also true, when you look at the phone box located on the side of my house. These are the only colors that are hooked up on the outside. What colors are meant for dsl service? |

if you are not getting a green light on the modem on a dry loop circuit, many times the line has been auto compleated, my suggestion is to call 611 and have a repair ticket made for a dsl tech to come out. |
