Yes, I've been there. Spent about nine months working on a contract for a project near Eunice (nuclear, not oil). The nearest cities of any size are Odessa/Midland and Lubbock. I've been in a Pinkie's in Odessa and they had a very small selection of beer and wine. Their website is not very informative.

I have found a place that will ship and has a great selection but it gets expensive.
