Re: [modem/router] Verizon DSL 3MB MODEM/ROUTER Update: About 7-10-09 got frustrated and canceled DSL and put phone service back to what it was, called about 11AM. Later that day seviceman came to install , I had already been turned on and off that evening I think. Called to reorder DSL the next Sun., order locked. ......was told it could take 2 days to 2 weeks to unlock. Tryed again to order and it went thru $17.99 plan. Have been sent modem 704 , internet fine, etc. But E-mail never activated and shows your e-mail account suspended. Have hotmail,etc. for e-mail. Been told I reordered too soon and my DSL wasn't cleared or something. Hope they don't shut me off again.Thanks for reading |
