Bleszinski also gives word on the fact that not only does it seem like the studio is going to be putting the Unreal Tournament franchise on the shelf for a while, and there most likely will be another Gears title or further Gears of War 2 DLC coming, Bleszinski might already be looking past Gears, as well.

| Still playing UT3 but it is really becoming a joke. Finding populated servers for CTF and TDM are becoming serious issues. Epic has no one to blame but themselves for the failure. I will probably quit totally when StarCraft II hits the shelves.

The game died after UT2003... just nobody bothered to tell Epic...
UT 2004 was a brief attempt at a comeback but the damage was already done.
Actually UT 99 is still by far the best.

|  Hehe..i know man...I've been hitting DSLR every so often...when i can...congratz on the new expectant little one...
...I've gone from job to job while I was up in atlanta, then I applied for a position south of Atlanta...the job posting it self was vague but was for a network admin...
needless to say when I arrived at the interview location I was shocked to find out that it was a state job...and with supervisory duties as well...
in fact the 18th of August make it one year that I have been a network admin/supervisor...
With the housing market in the tank last year...i decided to just rent out my home up in atlanta and just rent an apt here in Macon, Ga[about 2 hours south of atlanta]...
more recently...this past weekend...I decided to try my hand at map making for CS:S and once I figured out the camera view I was able to to make a decent map...
I don't know if you recall the map: cs_estate ?? from 1.x version of counter-strike...well..I've been waiting for steam to spit out a version of it for CS:S and they have yet to do so[or if they even will]...so I decided to make my own version of it...
with the exception of figuring out how to make a rescue/buy zone and figuring out how to get the doors to work... this map is a done deal ...
