| Moving from cable to DSL
I finally threw in the towel with Cox as I was tired of paying for 15MBs and only getting 8.
A little background on my network. My main router was a Linksys WRT54GL running DD-WRT std v24 sp1 which connected to one desktop via ethernet in the room the cable came into.
Second room Linksys WRT54GS running DD-WRT mini configured as a client bridge and connected to my sons Linux box and xbox360 by ethernet and connecting to the main router wirelessly.
Third room Linksys WRT54G running DD-WRT mini, client bridge, connected to a Linux box and XBOX360 via ethernet and connecting to main router wirelessly.
TV Room ZyXEL P330W configured as a client bridge connected to my Dish DVR via ethernet and connecting to the main router wirelessly.
I have been running this setup for over a yr flawlessly.
Qwest installed my DSL with the Netopia 3347-02 and I am pulling 11.4 of the 12MBs I am paying for. Happy days. I am going to upgrade to 20 on Monday.
Here is my issue. I can not seem to connect to the 3347-02 with any of the other routers in client bridge mode no matter what I do. I am really getting pissed of and pulling out what little hair I have left.
Can I disable the router function in the 3347-02 and then connect it to the Linksys WRT54GL and be back where my network was??
Being I am not familiar with this router I would appreciate any insight you all might have. -- Sarcasm, confusing stupid people since 1869 |

| I think I found my fix.
If I configure my main Linksys as an AP I should be ok. »www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Wi···ss_Point -- Sarcasm, confusing stupid people since 1869 |
