 Connection Down - NW Denton County TX

Our connection has been down since around Noon Time (almost 5 hrs. now).....anyone else in Sanger / Krum area having an issue?

For the past several days, we've been losing connection every evening.....the time down varies.....sometimes an hour or two. Are there any known issues in this area? Thanks!

Thanks for replying! At least I know now it is not just us.......we're (parents place/business) 8 mi. west (and then 1 mi. south) of Sanger.
