| Guaranteed Obsolesce  Draft versions are a great way to induce consumers to replace their routers every six months. Replacement is necessary when earlier version router from a manufacture will not talk to a new version client card in N mode from the same manufacture. Time for Draft Q. I guess Apple learned from the router mob when they revise their iPhone on a regular basis.
This is coming just in time for Comcast to upgrade their network to IPv6 so that consumers will have to replace their routers with IPv6 compatible versions. Rots a ruck. |
