Almost impossible to find, but it's still there:

I saw and tried that page but it has no effect on the channels shown on the TV listings grid. Does anyone know how to communicate with the right person to get some attention to this valuable feature loss?
from another thread on the guide, it works:

While you're in the TV Listings page, click on Settings. Click the name of the account that you're currently logged in, turn on Parental Controls, and click Edit next to Channels. Select all of the channels you don't want the TV Listings to show and click the Save button. And you're done.

Yes I discovered that after I'd done it - it affects another listings page, which is totally useless anyway.

It very useful to me.
Serves the same purpose as the customize button did.

I meant that the other listings page is useless - nothing like the zap2it one. I've raised a ticket with them, which will doubtless do nothing.

Tried again this morning and lo and behold it worked! Forgot to try from work though, still want to do that.

It's part of your account, so do it once and it's good anywhere.
