Maybe for the good?

Maybe this will be a move to the good. I have been a VM user for years and have seen the service go downhill.

I am just hoping for the best.

I think this needs to be pointed out. Sprint had their own "pre-paid" service before Virgin Mobile came along. Then VM comes in, offers better customer service (they actually held the #1 rating spot for awhile) while still using the same Sprint network, and outsells Sprint's pre-paid 100 fold.

So whats the logical next step? Put control of the succeeding company in the hands of the one that failed. Time and again...failed. At everything they try...failed.

On the other hand, VM's customer service has been on a downward spiral for the past year, so I guess they've been gearing up to join sprint for awhile now.

Oh my Gawd... You could not have put it better.

I even got some family members using VM over Tracphone. I use to boast there CS. Now your lucky to get an 2% english speaking CS rep. Oh did I also mention that if you call CS instead of doing it online they intend to charge you $10 ?

You deffinetly have a way with words.

Still hoping though.
