Re: pcAnywhere 12.5 on Mac JRE / JVM Issue

I recently purchased a Macbook and a Desktop MacPro, both are running the same versions of Mac OS 10.5.7 and JVM. I have no problem installing pcanywhere on my Macbook but can't install the software on my Desktop MacPro, encountering the problem of "JVM can't be found". I tried the suggestion in www.symantec.com/norton/support/···ln=en_US, but it did not solve the problem.

I have been in touch with Symantec's foreign call center over the last couple of days, and none of the technicians have been able to resolve my issue as yet.
The most senior PCanywhere technician is supposed to be calling me back today.
I'll advise if this has been successful, and also try to communicate what he did in order to fix it.
