I am nervous because i have received a call from them and let them handle my antivirus issue. They have solved the problem. Have I been scammed? They have not taken money as yet and said I am on trial period. |

Cancel that credit card and get a new one, watch for carryover charges and alert your bank to any from this company (or others you know you didn't make, the scammers often share card data) as FRAUD. |

Because if you downloaded something they recommended, it was most likely rogue security software. And if you gave them your credit card number, they'll start charging you for services you don't need, or commit outright fraud. Either way, you've most likely been scammed and had better cancel that card.
