Didn't this used to be called predatory pricing? What's the law on this these days? ( In Canada )

Apparently the law is whatever the carriers want. The CRTC will not even take on price issues and instead refer to the competition bureau who will pass it back to the CRTC!

None. No anti-trust/competition law in Canada, if it does exist, it has some massive flaw that makes it not exist de jure.
