They're not building this out in the city. The service is only in the buildings owned by Terry.
So yes they do have an advantage they own the network and can lay down any cable they want on THEIR property. It's not like their digging up YOUR lawn.
9000 customers LIVE in their buildings. IT"S NOT VERY MUCH! | |

As an example, you won't find my building(Tandem in Burnaby) listed anywhere in Concord's developments, yet we are serviced by Novus. They initially had to get permission from our Strata council. | |
