Didn't this used to be called predatory pricing? What's the law on this these days? ( In Canada )
Apparently the law is whatever the carriers want. The CRTC will not even take on price issues and instead refer to the competition bureau who will pass it back to the CRTC!
Guess not much is different between Canada, America, and Australia then.
