So Apple thinks if they keep jailbraking illegal then the bad guys won't jailbreak them? Really?
This is just "semantics" really, but jailbreaking isn't illegal. Just because Apple ( or anyone) says an activity is illegal does not make said activity illegal. The "law" is there foe this purpose.
