Its not a "core" holding or long term trade for me. It is an earnings play .......but I may be a bagholder since it is not at my exit price |

| said by IcEr3K :Weak Q4 guidance... unfortunately. It may bounce.......AH and PM will always be more volatile due to the low volume. You also have to let the "traders" get out (so there will be some selloff), and the panicked owners get out. It may settle and move back up once the entire report has been digested..... |

I hope the Jobs # is decent this morning........also still looking to exit the SIRI and NVDA earnings trade ...hope they pop.
Goodluck to all.... My eyes are still on possibly playing HPQ for their run .....It is almost getting too late to accumulate as it is nearing $50/sh. I believe they report on the 23rd.

| Yeah, the market turned green, and has been swinging back and forth. I am kicking myself in the face for not getting out of NVDA at $13.43 ....just 2 cents shy of my target .....and now it is hovering in the $13.20s.......scared it could give all its gains back
SIRI, I may throw in the towel and just take my gains (profits) and walk away to play another day ......haven't decided |

| reply to drew said by drew :Interesting system if you think about it. To mitigate some of the risk in investing in the market, you need to pickup non speculative stocks which are usually higher cost per share. But if you don't have the cash, you have to go cheap. Cheap is risk. Interesting.... I forgot to say, you can always play "options" .... a lot cheaper than buying the actual stocks, and tons of people make great money in the options market.... |

| reply to aliasrlz Morning all,
We may have a good day today (from the futures indication). As I noted before, I'm out of the SIRI trade (though it may go higher today, lol ) but still have all my NVDA shares (which are looking good, so far).
I'm also still considering the HPQ trade for their 11/23 earnings. Even though I let the price get away before accumulating some, I still may play that earnings run (FYI). Its already ran up about $5 from where I first start looking at it a few weeks ago .... |

goodluck all |

| reply to aliasrlz Woo hoo! Nice rally.....Isn't this funny, got out of SIRI Friday (just in time), as the stock went down today, so far, (didn't expect it to be down with the market up so big), and held on to NVDA because it didn't hit my exit (and its UP more today) What a interesting turn of events ....
Well, I mentioned before that some of that 4 Trillion dollars on the sidelines would have to come back into the market sometime this month or December. It can't continue to sit in cash as Money Managers have to show a profit for the 4Q.
So far, if NVDA stays UP, NO losing trades this year for me.....back batting 1000% ....so far |
