Well, no. I did not give my credit card no. I said I don't have one. BTW I'm no shill or whatever...as i said they told me "I was on trial period". Now I don't know what that means but I got the antivirus fixed.

So till now it is not a horror movie for me.

And exactly how did someone, who you have absolutely no clue about, just happen to know that you needed your computer 'looked at' and decided out of the blue to call you?

You probably didn't need to give them any financial info....it was more than likely already on the computer that you would have had to give them access to.
