What the frack? Novus IS CONCORD PACIFIC. This is about a condo developer who sells telecom services to tenants and tries to keep all other providers out of the building. Been going on for years. Now Shaw is doing really cheap pricing in Concord Pacific/Novus's buildings? Boo hoo.
