We'll see. Cox has listed the caps in their AUP for quite some time now, with little to no issues that I'm aware of.

only time I really heard anything abouts caps is when posted on here when they get kicked off for downloading to much which hasn't been to often.

I thought that they were uploading too much, I haven't myself heard of people getting kicked off for downloading too much ...
