Their support email address doesn't work, nor does their billing or their webmaster one. I cannot call them because I get left on terminal hold and never get through. My NNTP info was wiped out from my computer and I need it again and I need another way of reaching them besides calling 800-232-4335 because they seem to never answer...or maybe they would if I could hold for an hour or so. Any ideas?
